Question 1

Is Maxso Sports a factory or a trading company?

Accepted Answer

Maxso Sports is a sportswear manufacturer based on Defence Road, Sialkot, Pakistan. Cutting, stitching, decoration, quality checks, and export packing are managed from our Sialkot operation, so buyers communicate directly with the production team rather than a middleman.

Question 2

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom sportswear?

Accepted Answer

Many garment styles start from 50 pieces per design, while larger export runs are usually 100 pieces or more. Custom badges and patches typically start from around 100 pieces. The exact MOQ depends on fabric, colourways, and decoration method and is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Question 3

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most buyers order 1 to 3 pre-production samples to check fabric, fit, and print quality. We quote the sample cost, sampling time, and courier charges upfront, and bulk production only starts after you approve the sample.

Question 4

How long does production take?

Accepted Answer

Lead time depends on quantity, fabric availability, and decoration method. We confirm sampling and bulk production timelines in writing with every quote. Share your in-store or tournament date early so we can plan fabric booking and production capacity around it.

Question 5

What payment terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Payment terms, deposit, and balance schedule are stated clearly on the proforma invoice before any production begins. Tell us your preferred payment method when you request a quote and we will confirm what we can accept for your order size.

Question 6

Do you export sportswear to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We regularly ship to overseas buyers and quote FOB Pakistan. We prepare the commercial invoice, packing list, and carton marking to your requirements, and can coordinate with your nominated freight forwarder.

Question 7

Can you produce private label sportswear with my own branding?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer embroidery, sublimation, screen printing, heat transfers, woven neck labels, hang tags, and custom packaging. Send your artwork or a rough brief and we will advise which decoration method suits each garment before bulk production.

Question 8

How do I get an accurate wholesale price quote?

Accepted Answer

Use the quote page on our website, email maxsosports@gmail.com, or message our factory on WhatsApp at +92 319 4693032. Include the product type, fabric preference, decoration method, quantity, and destination country. We aim to reply within 24 hours with MOQ, lead time, and FOB pricing.
